Shipping and Deliveries
GENERAL INFORMATION
We prepare your order for shipment on the first or second business day following your purchase. If this is not possible, we will inform you by email.
We ship worldwide, although we cannot guarantee delivery times in every country. You will receive an email with a tracking number.
You may provide us with the shipping address of your choice, but please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.
Shipments within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are made with Correos Express, with delivery times between 24 and 48 hours.
For all other countries, the delivery time may vary between 2 and 7 days from the date of shipment.
Shipping costs for private customers
SPAIN
Orders over €40: FREE SHIPPING
Orders under €40: €4.15
Delivery time: between 2 and 3 business days. The product will only be shipped once payment has been received.
EUROPEAN UNION
Orders over €90: FREE SHIPPING
Orders under €90: €9.99
Delivery time: between 2 and 7 business days. The product will only be shipped once payment has been received.
REST OF THE WORLD
Shipping cost: between €15 and €55
Delivery time: between 3 and 8 business days from shipment.
For shipments outside the European Union, please note that customs duties and/or import taxes may apply once the parcel reaches its destination, and these costs shall be borne by you.
RAS cannot be held responsible for any fees or taxes that may apply in order to collect your shipment. Therefore, for greater security, we recommend that you check in advance the taxes applicable in your country.
RAS undertakes to carry out the necessary procedures and prepare the required documentation for the corresponding customs process.
